In 2017, JM One Logistics Solution Sdn. Bhd. began its journey with a single outsourced truck, built purely on trust, resilience, and determination. Behind the scenes was Dr. Hemanathan Ramasamy, an operations expert with years of experience in multinational companies, whose heart was always in building something of his own.
The breakthrough came when American Air Filter, a major client, entrusted him with their logistics needs. One contract led to another, with global names like Avery Dennison joining the portfolio. From day one, the company embraced a technology-first approach, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and visibility in every movement.
For years, JM One operated entirely without owning a single truck, managing operations purely through outsourced fleets. But during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company faced a significant financial setback. Instead of pulling back, they took a bold step forward by investing in five of their own 3-ton lorries.
This move changed everything. With greater control and better margins, JM One gradually phased out outsourcing and expanded its fleet further to serve clients directly. Today, the company is run with structured management, a strong team, and a clear focus, delivering logistics solutions that are reliable, efficient, and built on trust.
